FAQ
What kind of space is best suited for a Mad Science special event?
An ideal event location would be an area with an open space for the children to sit on the floor. Mad Science special events generally work best when held indoors. However, they can be performed outdoors, weather permitting, where shelter from the wind can be provided.
+Do we need to provide Mad Science with any equipment?
A 6-8ft. table is required for the show and each activity booth to place our equipment on. Depending on the show you select, we may need access to an electrical outlet & sink to rinse out and clean our glassware and other equipment after the event.
+What is your refund policy on special events?
Cancellations received at least one week prior to the program date will be subject to a cancellation charge of 20% the total event price. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of event, but you may reschedule and apply any deposits to an alternate program date, subject to availability.
